Postup:
VloĆŸte do mixĂ©ru vĆĄechny ingredience kromÄ ghĂ a umixujte na hladkĂ© ĆidĆĄĂ tÄsto. RozpusĆ„te si v pĂĄnvi ghĂ na stĆednĂm plameni. A pak jen zvesela lijte tÄsto a tvoĆte lĂvance, popĆĂpadÄ pouĆŸijte pĆĂmo lĂvaneÄnĂk. SmaĆŸte dozlatova z obou stran. MezitĂm si rozmaÄkejte v misce vidliÄkou avokĂĄdo a smĂchejte ho se solĂ, pepĆem, limetou a sĂœrem. Jakmile budete mĂt vĆĄechny lĂvance dosmaĆŸenĂ©, vrstvÄte v nĂĄsledujĂcĂm poĆadĂ: lĂvanec, avokĂĄdovĂĄ pomazĂĄnka, pokrĂĄjenĂ© ĆedkviÄky a paĆŸitka, lĂvanec, ... a tak dokola :)))

Batter:
large handful of kale
3 eggs
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp chive
salt
pepper
ghee - for frying
Topping:
1 avocado
1/4 lime juice
2 tbsp grated goat or sheep cheese - optional
salt, pepper up to taste
3 radish - cut in half and thinly sliced
chive
Directions:
Mix all batter ingredients (except ghee) in blender. Melt the ghee in the frying pan on medium heat. Then just pour batter and make pancakes. Fry until golden from both sides (still on medium heat). Meanwhile, just mash avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper and cheese. And then make your own layered pancakes. Put pancake, ago spread, sliced radishes and chive - pancake, ago spread, radishes and chive - and over and over again :)
