UĆŸ je to vĂce jak tĂœden, co jsem dokonÄila program Whole30, a jsem na sebe pyĆĄnĂĄ. Nikdo mÄ nezlomil! A ĆŸe mÄ pĆemlouvali a provokovali :D Minule jsem vĂĄm psala, ĆŸe se mi v druhĂ©m tĂœdnu zhorĆĄily pĆĂznaky alergie. Ty se ale naĆĄtÄstĂ s Ășderem tĆetĂho tĂœdne vĂœraznÄ zlepĆĄily a k jeho konci ĂșplnÄ vymizely - opravdu! MÄla jsem i vĂce energie, i kdyĆŸ jsem mÄla zrovna nĂĄroÄnÄjĆĄĂ obdobĂ s dcerkou, kterĂĄ byla nemocnĂĄ. NemocnĂ© dĂtÄ je i velkĂœ zĂĄhul na nervy, to mi vÄĆte! Äekala jsem proto vĂœkyvy nĂĄlad a stres - mĂsto toho jsem ale dokĂĄzala bĂœt vyrovnanĂĄ a pĆipisuji to prĂĄvÄ vyvĂĄĆŸenĂ© stravÄ.
Jakmile ubÄhl tĆetĂ tĂœden, ani jsem si na nÄjakĂœ program Whole30 pomalu nevzpomnÄla. Abyste rozumÄli sprĂĄvnÄ - jĂdla ĆĄla vaĆit ĂșplnÄ sama, nĂĄkupy se zautomatizovaly, porce jsem mÄla v oku, inspirace nedochĂĄzela.. ĆĄlo to samo.. a najednou pĆiĆĄel 30. den a jĂĄ si uvÄdomila, co teÄ? CĂtila jsem, ĆŸe mi tento zpĆŻsob stravovĂĄnĂ vyhovuje a ĆŸe mi krom mlĂ©ÄnĂœch produktĆŻ nic nechybĂ..
NynĂ jsem ve fĂĄzi, kdy zkouĆĄĂm zaĆazovat zpÄtnÄ skupiny potravin, kterĂœch jsem se na 30 dnĂ vzdala. A ÄekĂĄm, jak na mÄ budou pĆŻsobit, zda se mi projevy alergie opÄt zhorĆĄĂ, nebo zda se dostavĂ napĆĂklad bolesti bĆicha, hlavy.. ale o #lifeafterwhole30 tĆeba jindy :)
JednĂm z pravidel programu Whole30 bylo - nestoupat po jeho dobu na vĂĄhu. I to jsem dodrĆŸela. V tÄhotenstvĂ jsem pĆibrala 15 kilo, v porodnici jsem nechala sotva 5 a po tĆech mÄsĂcĂch (pĆed zahĂĄjenĂm Whole30) jsem mÄla o 4,5 kilo vĂce neĆŸ v dobÄ pĆed tÄhotenstvĂm. Po skonÄenĂ Whole30 jsem na svĂ© pĆŻvodnĂ vĂĄze. JupĂĂĂĂĂĂ :)
KdyĆŸ to celĂ© shrnu, 30 dnĂ jsem jedla spoustu masa, zeleniny, prospÄĆĄnĂœch tukĆŻ, vajĂÄek a ovoce. Vymizely (prozatĂm) pĆĂznaky alergie a ubylo mi na tÄle tĂ©mÄĆ pÄt kilo (jako vedlejĆĄĂ ĂșÄinek :))).
VelkĂœm plusem, proÄ to celĂ© vydrĆŸet danĂœch 30 dnĂ, jsou opravdu nĂĄvyky. ZmÄnĂ se. Najednou mÄ bavĂ pĆemĂœĆĄlet o jĂdle, co bude rĂĄno, k obÄdu, veÄer. BavĂ mÄ hlĂdat si pomÄry bĂlkovin, sacharidĆŻ a tukĆŻ. CĂtĂm, ĆŸe to prostÄ funguje. VnĂmĂĄm, ĆŸe se opravdu nejednĂĄ o ĆŸĂĄdnou krĂĄtkodobou dietu, ale o zmÄnu lifestylu. O zmÄnu pohledu na stravu. UmĂm ĆĂct ne. A utvrdila jsem se, ĆŸe by strava mÄla bĂœt opravdu vyrovnanĂĄ, ĆŸĂĄdnĂ© extrĂ©my. BavĂ mÄ raw strava, ale jeĆĄtÄ radÄji si dĂĄm hovÄzĂ stejk tĆeba s bramborovou kaĆĄĂ a grilovanou zeleninou. A o tom to celĂ© je. VzĂt si od vĆĄeho to nejlepĆĄĂ..

I finished the program Whole30 more than week ago and I am proud of myself. Nobody broke me! And believe me, they really tried to! I posted last time that symptoms of my allergies got worse a little in the middle of the second week. But luckily, they got much better with the stroke of the third week and they even disappeared in the end of the third week - like really! Even when I had really bad time, because my little daughter was ill, I felt more energy. Sick child is the worst for your healthy mind and nerves, believe me! I expected big mood swings and stress - instead of that I felt balanced and I see the reason in this well balanced diet.
When the third week passed, I did not think about any Whole30 at all. You guys should understand it correctly - all food went to cook so easily, purchases were automatized, I had servings in the eye, I had so much inspiration.. it worked itself.. and than the day 30 came in and I realized, what now? I felt that this way of eating suits me and that I do not miss anything besides dairy products (not milk)..
I am at the stage now where I am trying to put back food groups which I excluded for 30 days. And I am waiting how these foods will cause on my body. Whether allergy symptoms get worse again, or whether I will have stomach pain or headache.. but about #lifeafterwhole30 another time :)
One of the Whole30 rules were - not to weight yourself during whole 30 days. And I respected it. I gained 15 kilos during my pregnancy, I lost barely 5 kilos post partum and after three months (before starting Whole30) I had still 4,5 kilos more than before pregnancy. After finishing the Whole30 I am on my original weight. Yippee :)
To sum it up, I ate for 30 days a lot of meat, veggie, beneficial fats, eggs and fruit. My allergy symptoms disappeared (for now) and I lost almost 5 kilos as a side effect of changing my eating habits.
A big plus why to hold it for all 30 days are really eating habits. They will change. Suddenly I like to thinking about food, what will be for the breakfast, what for lunch and dinner. I like to control the proportions of protein, carbohydrates and fats. And I feel that it works. I see that this is not a short-term diet but a really change of lifestyle. It is about change of view on eating in general. I am able to say NO. And I reassured myself that our eating should be very balanced, no extremes. I enjoy raw food but I am even happier to eat beef steak with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. And that is what this is all about. Take the best of everything..
